Best week ever everything was great the teen club was fun thanks so much to florian for welcoming us at the teen club thanka to hamza , and reda! the food was amazing.

Tennis coaches are excellent! Roman, German and others! Friendly and helpful tips on technique and play. Quality drills and fun rallying with the other players.

We had an amazing vacation at Club Med PC. The resort had everything we were looking for in a vacation and is a beautiful resort and well spread out. Our party was 2 adults and 2 children ages 4 and 9. The kids club is absolutely amazing and a total game changer for families on vacation. My husband and I were able to participate in all the activities on the property while the kids participated in the kids club. It’s an active kids club where they take them to mini golf, the new water park, the sand to make sand castles, and many other activities. The kids club staff is very enthusiastic and caring with the kids. My daughter was having a tough time at drop off and Japhen really helped her. He ended up being her favorite. My son met a couple of boys his age and ended up hanging with them the whole time.
We had a superior room resort centre new and it was a perfect location to kids club and Hispaniola. Beds were very nice and comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We actually really liked the food at both El Mundo and Hispaniola. The food truck at the new water club is the cutest thing ever and had great kid food options. The night entertainment was great and the kids from the kids club put on a show every Friday. My son and daughter were both in the show and it was awesome. Loved the aqua gym class and Pilates class. Gym was a little dated but fine and usable.
We also really enjoyed the different languages spoken at the resort. Many staff members impressively speak multiple languages and we loved that it felt like being in Europe a bit with many French speakers at the resort. It does help if you speak Spanish since it’s a Spanish speaking country. I am now inspired to learn French for the next time we go. I think we are sold on the Club Med brand and look forward to either coming back to Punta Cana or trying another Club Med location. I miss it already. Kudos to all the hard working staff that make the magic happen for everyone.

We have now returned twice to the Punta Cana Club Med - location and amenities are truly spectacular but this year the service was awesome. A special shout out to Luca, the leisure manager that helped organising a special dinner event for our large group. Luca is always very present everywhere and helpful with any request! Great approach and professional attitude!
