Punta Cana Dominican Republic

This is our second Thanksgiving with our large extended family of 17. The setting and resort and beautiful, the activities are endless from sailing, kitesurfing, trapeze, archery, spa services. Independence for kids but plenty of opportunity to bond together during meals, activities. This vacation is amazing. We will be back!

My family and I (2 parents, 3 kids aged 10,7,4) just spent a week at the resort and had an incredible time. It was recently renovated so everything was in great condition. Tons of activities happening throughout the day for all ages, beach was awesome, the kids club is run by people who seem genuinely excited to be there, and food options were best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. The biggest highlight was the TENNIS and especially Javier. I’ve been to resorts before that offer tennis and it often feels a bit subpar, but Javier’s instruction felt like learning from a legit pro. Javier needs his own TikTok account — he has a gift for offering personalized advice that can genuinely improve your game. Love you Javier!!

A couple notes for families — the size of the resort is considerable and while the service is great, there is not a lot of active “servicing” from staff as you go about your day….if that makes sense. For example, some resorts would have people going around refreshing towels and offering you food and drinks while beach or poolside…and that’s not really a thing there. You have to be proactive in all of that, which isn’t a bad thing, but definitely something to keep in mind as you navigate the resort and have to walk half a kilometer to return wet towels with overtired kids at the end of the beach day 🤣 But overall, an amazing stay for the family!!!

Overall a great stay! Great for all ages esp. the kids! Food was abundant and excellent! A fun time for all ages!

Great facility but too much walking for the older crowd. Our communication device was never delivered as promised.
