Cefalù Italy

We spent a weekend at Club Med Cefalù in July and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, set in a spectacular location, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

The All-Inclusive formula is fantastic and allows you to fully enjoy your stay without having to worry about anything. There are plenty of activities and services available, and the staff are friendly, attentive and always smiling.

The food is good and varied, although I wouldn’t describe it as exceptional. Still, the quality is perfectly satisfactory and there is plenty of choice.

The only small downside was our room: the air conditioning was a little noisy, especially at night.

Other than that, everything was wonderful. A beautiful resort, excellent organization and a truly enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back!

I would like to pass a compliment for Matteo. I hope this message gets to senior leadership as he deserves positive feedback for going above and beyond for his guests. Matteo does a great job I’m making sure all of his guests are comfortable and happy. He goes out of his way to make sure he says hello. He even helped us schedule an appointment at the Water club, even though I was afraid as I can’t swim, he supported me throughout the entire process. Matteo is a real asset to the club med team and we are so grateful for all his efforts.

My feedback is that they should have a shuttle that runs back and forth from Cefalu to club med a few times a day. It cost $40 round trip for a taxi. Additionally, they should make sure to also speak English to the guests there is a lot of French here. There isn’t really any English channels even on the TV. Maybe consider Netflix? Lastly I think they should play more Italian music. I feel they play for French music then Italian music. We are in Italy and it should feel like it.

Overall, it was an amazing state, and Mateo went above and beyond to make us feel included
