I just got back from an amazing stay at Club Med Phuket, and I wanted to take a moment to thank Audi, the housekeeping manager, who truly made our holiday perfect.

From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, cheerful, and always in a great mood – the true spirit of a Club Med GO! The rooms were spotless every single day, prepared with great care and attention to detail, showing her professionalism and dedication to guest comfort.

Beyond her impeccable work, Audi is attentive, kind, and full of positive energy – you can really tell she loves what she does. We also saw her performing in the evening shows, bringing so much fun and enthusiasm on stage, just like she does in her daily work.

Thank you, Audi, for your kindness, your smile, and your wonderful sense of service – you truly represent the best of the Club Med spirit. Because of you, our stay was even more special.

가족들과 클럽메드 여행을 가기 위해 한국 오피스에 연락해 예약을 진행했는데, 직원분의 추천으로 클럽메드 푸켓을 선택하게 되었습니다.
클럽메드에 도착했을 때 너무 피곤하고 지쳐 있었는데, Korea PR 담당자분께서 친절하게 설명해 주시고 방까지 안내해 주셔서 편하게 체크인할 수 있었습니다.

늦게 도착해서 그런지 방 안에는 라면이 비치되어 있었고, 덕분에 따뜻하게 속을 풀 수 있었죠^^

가족 여행을 가면 항상 스트레스를 받는 이유 중 하나가, 7살 딸아이가 맥도날드나 햄버거 같은 음식만 먹기 때문이었어요. 그런데 클럽메드 식당의 음식 중 셰프 스페셜 메뉴로 추천된 요리는 딸아이가 정말 맛있게 잘 먹더라고요^^
특히 생선과 고기 요리가 너무 맛있어서 가족 모두 불만 없이 행복하게 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다.

혹시 가족 여행을 준비 중인 유부남이 계시다면 정말 강력히 추천드립니다!
호텔 내 음식, 술, 음료가 모두 무료라서 너무 좋고, 특히 저녁에는 G.O들과 함께 춤도 추고 쇼도 즐길 수 있어서 정말 행복한 가족여행이 되었습니다.
To go on a family trip to Club Med, I contacted the Korea office and made a reservation. Upon the staff’s recommendation, we decided to visit Club Med Phuket.

When we arrived at Club Med, we were really tired and exhausted, but the Korea PR representative kindly explained everything to us and even guided us to our room, making the check-in process very comfortable.

Since we arrived late, there were some instant noodles prepared in the room, which was perfect for a warm and comforting late-night snack.^^

One of the stressful parts of traveling with family is that my 7-year-old daughter only eats McDonald’s or hamburgers, which can be quite limiting. However, at Club Med’s restaurant, she absolutely loved the chef’s special dishes!^^
The fish and meat were cooked so deliciously that the whole family enjoyed the meals without any complaints, and we had such a happy time together.

If you’re a married man planning a family trip, I highly recommend Club Med!
All the food, drinks, and alcohol at the resort are included, which is amazing. And in the evenings, you can dance and enjoy shows with the G.Os — it truly became a wonderful and memorable family vacation for us.

Perfect resort to spend time with family and friend.

The room has been renovated and look very model and bed and bedsheet very comfortable with essentials amenities.

The food is buffets styles and the taste very good Thai food and western food.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and that positive energy set the tone for our entire stay. The service was excellent — every staff member greeted us with genuine smiles, and we truly felt seen by GO's, cared for, and embraced by the whole team.

Fantastic evening entertainment, and Batu and Retna were amazing at creating a great party atmosphere and getting many guests involved in the celebration.
The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and fun.

Our experience at Club Med Phuket left us with wonderful memories and a strong desire to visit more Club Med resorts in the near future.
