From the moment we arrived, the warmth and energy of the G.O. (Gentle Organiser) team set the tone. They clearly love what they do—it’s not “just a job,” and their passion creates a welcoming, joyful atmosphere.

The resort itself is fantastic, but it’s the people who make it shine. Special thanks to Ayoub, whose friendliness and helpfulness made everything effortless.

I was initially worried an all-inclusive stay might feel like a “boring cruise on land,” but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Nightly shows were lively and fresh, and the food was five-star buffet quality, with endless variety and beautiful presentation.

Our children adored the Kids Club. They were so happy and well cared for that they never wanted to leave—our daughter even teared up when each session ended. Knowing they were having such a great time made our own holiday completely relaxing.

Four days passed too quickly. Club Med Phuket isn’t just a resort; it’s a complete experience filled with heart and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for families and anyone seeking a truly joyful vacation.

Phuket never disappoints.
It was above & beyond our expectations. The sports upgrades , oasis & refurbishments since we were last here are fabulous. Thanks for pickleball. ♥️♥️

it was sooo fun and enjoyable I did not want to leave. the staff their were really friendly, kind and helpful to me and my family. when we first wanted to check in our room was on the 3rd floor which was a problem as my grandma was someone if an advanced age. but one of the GOs, oat, realised that this was going to be difficult for her to be climbing up the stairs 3 levels everytime we needed to go to the room or other facilities of the resort, so he helped us to change our room from level 3 to level 2. although my grandma still had to climb up and down but we're really grateful for him to care about these little details. another big big plus about club med phuket was the teen's club there. by putting cara in charge, her bubbly personality helped me to bond with her easily. she took us around to try the flying trapeze, do wall climbing, archery and even beach volleyball. yes, you can go around the resort to take part in the activities yourself but following cara and the rest of the teens in the teen's club made more fun as you can get to interact with people around your age that you probably have never met before. she also brought around a box of Uno so if you were tired or did not want to take part in the activity anymore, you could play Uno.

My wife and I and another couple have just completed a 7 day stay at Club Med Phuket. We had a fantastic time. We want to congratulate Chief de Village Max and his fabulous team. We want a special mention to the back of house team that do all the task that as guests we take for granted, food prep, housekeeping, laundry, preparation for events and maintenance ( and any others that I we missed). In terms of the front of house team there are so many to say thank you too for making our time so enjoyable. Reception and the welcome team, the bar team (main bar and the Zen Pool), the morning yoga group, the instructors for the aqua aerobics and my personal favourite , the chance to play against the world champion water polo team. We loved the shows and the fantastic vibe at the after parties . Like winning at the Olympics , you have to be at your best on everything to be a winner. Our experience was the Phuket Club Med Team were GOLD medalists.

Amazing week at Club Med Phuket. Haven’t been back here for a while and really enjoyed it. Club Med always have wonderful atmosphere and this resort is one of the best vibes under Chied de Vilkage Max. Ari’s yoga classes were outstanding- I did them 3 times a day! Also aqua classes were fun and Ari’s pool yoga. Lovely food. Great weather this week despite rainy season which seemed to be mostly at night - perfect t!
