Turkoise Turks and Caicos

We just got back from an incredible 7-day escape at Club Med Turkoise to mark our 17th wedding anniversary. It exceeded all our expectations!

Right from the start, we received a warm and sincere welcome. Huge thanks to CDV Nicolas for making us feel right at home. His friendly demeanor and meticulous care set the stage for an amazing week.

And that turquoise beach? Absolutely stunning. The water, clear as crystal, and the sand, so soft and fine — truly a slice of paradise. We lounged under the sun, taking in the breathtaking views. Even when a few brief showers passed by later in the day, the overall weather was perfect, adding a touch of tropical charm to our adventure.

A special mention goes to Kyle, the Sports Manager, for going the extra mile to ensure we had a fantastic time. His energy and personal touch made our days full of activity and laughter — we were truly touched by his thoughtful gestures.

The dining experience was another highlight! Each meal was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, offering a plethora of fresh and flavorful choices. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Jhon, who graciously catered to our dietary needs. His kindness, attentiveness, and warm smiles made every encounter a delight — a true gem in his profession.

Our time at Club Med Turkoise was awesome — a blend of relaxation, romance, and the company of wonderful individuals who made it truly memorable. Our gratitude knows no bounds for the entire team who helped craft such cherished moments for our anniversary. We departed with hearts brimming and eagerly anticipate our next visit

Amazing club med resort for adults only. Beautiful warm aqua beaches. Staff was friendly. Resort right on the ocean no need to rent a car , all inclusive, food, drinks, activities. Wanted to make a special thanks to Kyle Rolle, director of sports. My friends and I really wanted to have a water polo game and Kyle made it happen 3x . Everyone loved it. Nice, personal, and exceptional. Thank you for the spirit and allowing us to play the games. What makes Club Med different is the incredible service of the employees making the guest welcome, interacting and feel like you are making new friends to come back again.
Big shout out to the GO team for all their hard work, so the GMs could create and have cherished memories. Would recommend to anyone , single or couple, sailing, scuba, pickle ball, yoga, lounging by the pool or ocean lots to do.

4 of us travelled from Canada and we found the food , the service and the GO team’s entertainment excellent.

Our first time in turks and caicos. Beautiful blue water.. as far as Club Med.. okay.
We wasn't informed that certain brand( jack daniels, jameson, tito, etc )of alcohol is considered premium level that had to be paid for. We paid for all inclusive, so shouldn't that be included? NOPE!.. It also lacks bathroom facilities in the main area.. there's also no pool side service, as in waiters or waitress to take your drink orders. Rooms was comfortable. As far as the food, great on some days and others mediocre. Entertainment ok. I personally feel the resort gears to a much older crowd..past 55 age.

While the place is dated and in need of obvious updates and renovations, it makes up for in everything else.

1. The GOs are the best part about this place and the house staff. They were extremely friendly and prompt with service and helpful. Shout out to Ruth, Mariana, Dayna, Max,Alan, Thomas, Rosalie, Tina, Albane, Augusto, Joel, Mau, Manu, Marilyne, Nicolas, and many others might have omitted and I apologize.
   The GOs actually sit down with you at meals which is a nice touch.
2. The beach and pool are fantastic and the nicest in the Caribbean. The pool is so central and is the centre of activity. It is the perfect size and temperature and there is always beach chair and umbrella availability.
3. Activties were plentiful. I tried sailing with Thomas and those guys are fantastic. They taught me how to sail for the first time and I performed well. Their tennis and pickleball courts were very good. Augusto and Joel were excellent players and coaches. Snorkelling I heard was a great experience but cancelled because of strong waves. The SCUBA looked very well run. Trapeze also looked very popular.
4. food was excellent and alcohol was plentiful. Too much plentiful.
   Overall a great experience. I didn't give 5 stars because I could have used more luxurious conditions but the overall experience was positive.
   I will miss everybody.
