Punta Cana Exclusive Space Dominican Republic

We just returned from a lovely stay at Club Med Punta Cana. The weather (being hurricane season) was sunny and beautiful each day - we were very lucky! My family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) stayed in the Tiara Suites/Exclusive collection and it was truly an elevated experience. The rooms and exclusive bar/pool were really nice - and much less crowded than the rest of the resort. My parents came with us and they stayed in the Zen area - still nice, but markedly different experience. I found the extra cost for Tiara to be well worth it. Private airport transportation, exclusive check-in experience & concierge, private shuttles around the resort - you still get to use all of the same major resort amenities but with the feel of small boutique hotel.

Virtually all of the staff we encountered at the resort were very helpful and friendly, but the staff at Tiara really went above and beyond. Thank you to Bryan, Marshall and the wonderful bartender at the Tiara bar (whose name I cannot recall, but he always made sure we had drinks and checked on us constantly). I also enjoyed my time at the circus with Arkadi and team. The Mini Club team was fantastic as always.

We've also been to the Miches property - I think Miches overall as a resort is nicer (it is an Exclusive Collection resort) and has better food. The beach is nicer at Miches as well (no seaweed like at Punta Cana). However, for people with small children especially, it cannot be stated enough how convenient Punta Cana is from PUJ. Literal 5 min shuttle ride (vs shuttle for several hours to Miches). Also, Punta Cana has probably better/more amenities for kids - my boys LOVED the water park, circus, trampoline and other activities. Both resorts are very kid-friendly and have plenty for kids to do! Punta Cana is a very large resort so you will get your steps in! Both resorts are great and I'd return, especially if staying in the Tiara suites.

6th time in this club med. The level of food thanks to the amazing chef Antonio Medina, was excelent. He made sure we had the best culinary experience. Because of his attention to detail, we will defenitely keep coming back to this club med. Also Gustavo in Zen made sure we were very well taken care of while we were in that area, which was a lot. Shout out to the following bar tenders that made our special drinks extra special in zen bar Voy, Patricio, Ricardo, Anna, and Kelvin in main bar. Youyou and David (general assistant) were always checking in on us. Waitress Alejandra was great and host Giaela always greeted us like family. The remodeled rooms and El Mundo look excellent thanks to Xochi and her crew. In LA cave-Thomas and Amira were great!! We were a large group and we all had the best time ever! A little sargassum in the water but that didn't stop us from enjoying the beach. SEE YOU SOON PUNTA CANA!!!

The whole trip was really well organized with instructions for everything. The resort was really nice, and the staff was very welcoming. They’re very nice to kids. The food was great.

We had a fantastic time at club med Punta Cana for a week in September. The team was very kind and always helped us through our stay.

Special thank you to the Baby Club, Amandine and Laurie, who took care of our 8 month old baby Elio with so much warmth and care. It was the first time leaving him alone and we had the best experience. Merci beaucoup!

We stayed an Punta Cana, atmosphere was very relaxed and enjoyable. My wife and I were in room 153, was clean and comfortable with a view of the Ocean. Compared to most 7 day vacations is was within budget for what we received.. the resort was always clean and members seem to take pride in what they do. Noise level were with in limits, even while we were in our room at night.Service was outstanding for 99% of the time. Amenities were available for all that wanted to enjoy if they choice..
