Cancún

Marci was absolutely amazing and was super communicative while our one year old was in the kid club. Highly recommended for parents with babies who are looking for some alone time

For context, it was my first time at ClubMed and having an all-inclusive experience.
Bring lots of sunscreen. Be prepared for lots of humidity, even indoors.

• Service 10/10 incredible. Staff always smiling, walking around, saying hello, asking if you need anything, most speak 2-3 languages. Watching one of the staff switch between English, French, and Spanish while they were helping different guests was a pretty cool experience.

• Food 7/10. I'm not an expert on steak but the Picaña from the steakhouse with a side of garlic butter was amazing. Otherwise, the rest of the food from La Hacienda or Taco Arte was... pretty good. Not amazing but there was a decent amount of variety.

-Activities 8/10. Kind of depends on the person. We have an active family so we played pickleball and sand volleyball pretty much everyday. Ocean, swimming pool, small water park, trapeze, sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, archery, bars/dancing, and various shows/parades. We stayed for 5 days but we were pretty much done after 4. We were thoroughly entertained for those 4 days though! We would have had a better experience if we looked ahead on the schedule to see what events and parades were happening and when.

I write this review in honor of Ismael and the rest of the team that took care of us at the pickeball courts. They even showed up at the front desk on our last day to say goodbye.

My suggestions to ClubMed leadership:

• Take care of the beach erosion, it was a bit crowded and you're not able to fit a full sized volleyball court.

• The seaweed situation was out of control. Use heavier equipment. The 1 ATV hauling off 6 milk crates each time was tough to watch.

• Bring back the tennis courts. I spoke with several returning ClubMed guests and other pickleball players that wished there were at least 2 tennis courts for those interested. You also have a PROFESSIONAL former tennis player as part of your staff.

Traveling solo to Club Med Cancún was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made—and a huge part of that was thanks to Dorian. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel seen, safe, and completely at ease. His energy, kindness, and constant support turned what could’ve been a lonely solo trip into something truly unforgettable. Dorian went above and beyond every single day, and I’m so grateful I got to meet someone like him.

The resort itself is amazing—there are activities scheduled every hour, from volleyball, soccer, trapeze, yoga, Pilates, HIIT workouts, water aerobics, archery, and so much more. You’ll never feel bored.

And the nights? Just as fun—dance parties, beach foam parties, shows, and themed events that made every evening feel like a celebration. The staff, especially Dorian, made each moment feel personal and full of joy.

Can’t wait to come back! 10/10!

A little late review but better late then never!!
My boyfriend and I went to club med Cancun from May 9th to May 17th.
We went just us and left our two year old at home with grandma ;) ! I have been to several club meds before (Huatulco, Xtapa, Guadeloupe, Martinique, T&C, Coral Beach…), even worked as a GO in the Bahamas a couple of years ago, so this was not my first rodeo.
We had a lot of fun! The buffet was good, not the best but the a la carte restaurants were amazing and the beach was beautiful !!! The negative thing I have to say is that GOs don’t approach you as much anymore. They don’t come sit with you during meals or come talk to you during apéro time. We only bonded with a couple of GOs and they were amazing. The others were practically ghosts!
I do have some shot outs for exceptional GOs we met while we were there!

All in all, a great trip, met some great people and made some beautiful memories :)
