She is the manager of the Taco Arte restaurant and was always ready to greet the guests with a warm smile and a helpful hand. One of the members of my group celebrated a birthday which she was able to make memorable. Thanks Audrey! You are truly a professional and a friend!

Staff was courteous and attentive. Food and drinks were amazing and best of all, the activities were really good. Would recommend Club Med to add karaoke but the shows were all stellar. Beach and pool were both nice. Loved taco Arte. We booked Chichén Itzá excursion through Club med and it was well planned and safe and highly recommend it. Will def return. 2 thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼🙂

5/5 • 2025/05/05We had a wonderful stay at Club Med Cancun. The facilities were great and had more than we could even do. The ocean was beautiful. The food was amazing, which we were a little nervous about prior to coming, but we ended up looking forward to every meal. One of the chefs, Irad, made scultures out of melon's that were actually artistic and added to the decor. The kids club (Mini Club Med) was so impressive. The instructors were infinitely patient, seemed to really care about and enjoy being with the kids. A special note of recognition to Pierre and Loulou from Mini Club med for their great way with kids and organization/leadership. Over all, this was an excellent, relaxing trip, even with three young kids!

Excellent family resort
5/5 • 2025/05/02Club med Cancun is a perfect family vacation. Our 2 kids are both under 10 and they loved the kids club. They make sure the kids have busy days and get lots of activity.
The resort has lots of family friendly activities as well. We loved the water park. It had water slides that were good for swimmers of all ability levels.
We also really enjoyed the all inclusive food. Every meal had new appetizers and entrees and the quality of the food was top notch.

The resort has a resident nurse.
Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parasitic diseases, so the use of mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.
The risk of the minor form of malaria (vivax) is present only in certain relatively remote zones far from the resort, so you do not need to take anti-malaria drugs.
