Great location, amazing views and lovely experience, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and help. Went with family, and the entertainment and resources for the children had such a high standard every night with something for everyone to enjoy. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great holiday away

we were in Samoens for a short stay from December 26 to 29, everything was perfect, the bar team was superb, except that we were greeted by Jason, we do not understand how a person like him can be assistant to the village chief, not smiling, not welcoming and especially that we asked questions about the complex and he became extremely unpleasant. This person does not respect the values of Club Med.
Fortunately the reception team was very available for questions that we cannot ask Jason.
