Warm, cheerful and professional staff, top quality and varied food, outstanding shows and varied activities for all. Staff in the Mini Club was professional, kind and flexible. Trapeze was an exciting activity for the kids. Restaurant staff was welcoming and kind and all very attentive with families and kids. The atmosphere was very international both in hotel staff and guests compared to other Club Meds. It is a big hotel but the staf make it feel warm and personal. My girls new many GOs by name. It was a memorable experience

We spent an unforgettable six days at Club Med Tomamu with our family of four. When I got home, I asked my daughter what she remembered most. She said it was the evening shows—she absolutely loved taking part and watching them. The G.O.s who led activities during the day transformed into party dancers at night, making you see your coaches—or the service staff you met during the day—in a whole new light. They even remembered our children's names, which truly touched us. Every coach was so enthusiastic; we really admired their attitude toward their work.

At Club Med, we got to know Ujang, the archery coach. He was incredibly warm, approachable, and serious about teaching, yet also very humorous. By evening, he turned into a dancer and moved really well too! We also loved Vera, a G.O. from China—she was so kind and friendly, and we're grateful for all her care. Our kids had a great time at Kids Club and made new friends there too. Thank you to all the G.O.s. We will definitely come back to Club Med.

If you are looking for a destination that ticks all the boxes, Club Med Tomamu is your choice. We cannot recommend it highly enough - 10 stars in our books !

The resort itself is spectacular , breathtaking scenery, immaculate facilities ,the activities and excursions offered were so enjoyable.

The variety and quality of the food were simply beyond belief, so fresh and so many options ! The beautifully prepared dishes were consistently jaw - dropping every single meal. Congratulations and heartfelt thanks to the entire team of chefs whose creativity, dedication, and hard work are to be highly commended. Absolute culinary excellence ! Bar team -- inventive cocktails and excellent service , we looked forward to the "cocktail of the day" before going to dinner .

The nightly shows were world class , circus performances kept us in awe and the Soundscape Show was so much fun ! We were impressed by the costumes , choreography and sheer energy of everyone participating .

Traveling with a large family is never easy. Our trip included grandparents, young children, a baby, Korean family members, and American family members—all with different expectations, different languages, and different needs. We wondered if it would even be possible for everyone to have an equally enjoyable experience.
Club Med Tomamu exceeded every expectation.
Not a single member of our family felt left out or uncomfortable during our stay. Everyone—from the youngest child to the grandparents—left with incredible memories. While the beautiful resort certainly helped, what truly made this vacation unforgettable was the people.
Logan Lee deserves our highest recognition. His leadership, attention to detail, and genuine care for our family made an incredible difference throughout our entire stay. He consistently checked in with us, anticipated our needs, and made sure every detail was taken care of. His level of hospitality completely changed our impression of what excellent service looks like.
In fact, because of Logan's outstanding care and the experience he created for us, my wife is now actively looking into Club Med membership and exploring other Club Med destinations around the world for our future family vacations. That alone says everything about the impact he had on our experience.
We would also like to give special recognition to Heenie at the reception. Club Med offers so many activities and programs that it can initially feel overwhelming, especially for first-time guests. Heenie patiently explained everything, continued checking in with us throughout our stay, and made what could have been a confusing experience feel simple, organized, and relaxing.
Hilda was equally exceptional. What impressed me most was that she often noticed what we needed before I even had to ask. It genuinely felt as though she could read our minds. Whether it was preparing something in advance or offering help at exactly the right moment, her attentiveness was extraordinary and made us feel truly cared for.
We would also like to sincerely thank Ahmed, Ivo, Danny, Liz, and Miyu. Every interaction with them reflected professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Despite the different languages and cultural backgrounds of our family, every team member treated us with warmth, respect, and made communication feel effortless. They created an environment where we always felt comfortable and welcome.
We've stayed at many resorts over the years, but what makes Club Med Tomamu truly exceptional isn't just the scenery, the facilities, or the activities.
It's the people.

I had a lot of fun this trip, i was there for 3 nights, staff was great, and it wasn’t too crowded. Food was one of my favorite, and their main dining hall was big and had a lot of options. There was activity to do all day if you wanted. One of the staff, Cara, was awesome, she was the counselor for the teens club and made it really fun. She played tennis, volleyball with us and it was a great time. She really made it a lot more fun for me!
