The GO team of Gilbert, Pamela, Amirul, Jeff were great and make a big difference. Truly great hospitality. The restaurant manager of Leon and Steven simply make our dining moment fulfilled with delicious food and good vibes.

We stayed at Club Med Lijiang in July, and it was truly a memorable experience.

The resort is beautifully located at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and surrounded by incredible natural scenery. July is part of the rainy season, so the mountain was sometimes hidden behind the clouds, but there were still plenty of activities and facilities to enjoy throughout our stay.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Dylan,the Customer Service Manager, and the many wonderful G.O.s who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

We joined several activities, including rock climbing, aqua fitness, and hiking. G.O. Luka led a fantastic aqua fitness class—professional, energetic, and very clear with his instructions. He created such a fun atmosphere while still making sure everyone could follow the movements comfortably.

Hiking was another highlight of our trip. A big thank you to G.O. Luka and Simple for their professional guidance and clear explanations along the way. They were warm, attentive, and enthusiastic, and made the whole hiking experience both enjoyable and memorable.

We would also like to express our appreciation to Pamela, the Village Chief, for her thoughtful attention to detail and for personally caring about our overall experience. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel that every guest truly matters.

Overall, we highly recommend Club Med Lijiang. It is more than just a resort—it is a wonderful place to slow down, stay active, reconnect with nature, and simply enjoy being surrounded by the beauty of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

這是我們今年第二次來到麗江CM, 謝謝新村長Pamela和我們4月認識的GO團隊一起熱情的迎接我們, 這次真的有回到家的感覺｡原本只待5天4夜,最後又延成6天5夜了,真的太喜歡了｡每天都過得太開心了｡
謝謝Dylan在住宿期間的幫忙, 暑假前台真的好忙, 還是謝謝他的各種照顧｡
謝謝Luka, Simple每天看著Daryl攀岩,陪他打羽球, 籃球, 踢足球, 最後離開還錄了影片給我們, 太感動了!! 也謝謝Simple特別在他休息時間帶我去了秘密路線徒步之旅,然後還要趕著回來換衣服表演, 謝謝你!!!

Thank you Pamela to lead the fantastic team, we are having a much better time on this trip compared to our visit in April!. Missssss all of you guys so much, will see you guys in different CM soon. Tons of love form Daphne and Daryl.

We had a wonderful multigenerational family stay at Club Med Lijiang, and it truly had something for every age. As a vegetarian family, food can sometimes be challenging when traveling, but June and Leon from the kitchen team were incredible. They were proactive from the beginning about making sure we had our own meals and plenty of vegetarian options, and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of.

The kids absolutely loved the Kids Club and genuinely did not want to leave! The G.O. team was warm, energetic, and so much fun. They joked and interacted with the kids throughout our stay and created such a friendly, uplifting atmosphere around the resort.

Between the thoughtful staff, great care with our dietary needs, and activities that kept the kids happy, Club Med Lijiang worked beautifully for our multigenerational family trip. A special thank you to June and Leon and the wonderful G.O. team for making our stay so memorable!
