The resort is perfect for friends,family and business trip. Smooth check in and check out process. Staff are truly welcoming,attentive and helpful. Shout out to Miss Noor who ensures that we have a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Active recovery in paradise

Wonderful stay - so many activities to choose from. sea was clear, warm and rolling gentle waves. The food was great - lots of variety and healthy options.
Loved the beach bar which lit up at night.

Big shout out to “Anne” - who is a wonderful trainer (yoga, aqua fit ) as well as a performer (dancing and singing)! Truly talented.

Beautiful views and with the upgrade to the rooms and a la carte restuarant underway I would love to come back and check it out with refreshed rooms

Excellent excellent excellent! Loved the family trip we've had there. Everyone at Bintan Club Med was so friendly and talented! Daughter had a blast at the mini club bintan. Shout out to the GOs: Rere, Yulia, Kimi, Husen, Kelvin, Angel, Zan, Garfield, Danial, Dimas, Wood, Vera and Syasyasyasyasyasyasyasya...

Been here many times already but each time it’s so fun and a great experience. Huge thank you to all the go’s azikakizul ( zan ) kimchi ( Kimi ) Cha Cha ( syasya) ed Sheeran ( Micheal ) angle ( angel ) Anne, clarissa and of course the circus team. So so fun and 100% can’t wait to go back.
