A confident stay with reinforced hygiene and safety measures

At Club Med, the health and safety of our guests (G.Ms) and staff (G.Os & G.Es) are our priority. Given the COVID-19 situation, our resort teams have stepped up hygiene and safety measures to offer you a safe and most joyful experience.

Club Med continues to be vigilant to ensure guests’ well-being is priority. We understand that travelling during this period can be stressful and wish to assure you that we are doing our best to provide a hassle-free holiday for you and your loved ones. Our team will be available to make your stay safe and enjoyable.

Club Med guests can contact our travel advisors, should you have any additional questions.

Please Note: Measures on this page may vary between Resorts as they are based on local regulation. We are working hard to ensure this page is continually updated with all key information.

Mandatory health documents
We have instituted a health protocol so that we can welcome you in the best conditions possible. To stay in one of our Resorts this winter, we ask you to provide the result of a negative RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal or saliva) or antigen Covid-19 test, conducted 72 hours before your arrival, unless vaccinated. In this case, a record (in English or French) of a complete vaccination against Covid-19* will also be accepted. *one or two shots depending on the number of doses required for the vaccine in question. In the absence of these documents, access to the Resort will be denied to said person as well as the accompanying guardian if the person is a minor, or any accompanying minors if the said person is an adult.

This request applies to all adults and children aged 11 and over. Our G.M.s are requested to provide these documents on paper.

Failure to present one of these documents will result in the denial of access to the Resort to you and:

• Your accompanying person for underage guests,
• Your accompanying person(s) for guests over 18 years of age, and their accompanying person(s) for guests under 18 years of age.

The presentation of one of these documents reduces the risk of the virus circulating in the Resort, but does not eliminate it. This measure will allow us to reinforce the "Safe Together" protocol currently in place in our Resorts (based on hygiene measures and the correct application of barrier gestures) in order to offer the most serene experience possible to our G.M.
