Meet Heberson
Heberson Oliveira , now considered one of the most famous and renowned yoga masters in France, has developed his own yoga method for more than 20 years: the 'VIBHAVA YOGA'.
He has put his expertise at the service of GOs who will organize yoga workshops for all levels, meditation, muscle strengthening, soothing back pain, flexibility, detox food ...
This method is scalable, adaptable and accessible: everyone can practice it and progress physically and mentally.
The Program
According to the Vibhava method, you will enjoy this exclusive yoga experience through group lessons and workshops:
• Breathing, relaxation, meditation, flexibility, detoxification, strength and endurance, balance and back pain workshops
• Greetings at sunrise and sunset
• Meditative walks
• Yoga hikes
The Yoga School program is an activity included in the "all inclusive" formula . Accessible to all GMs from 16 years old, 6 days a week and 5 to 7 times a day.
The Sauna and Hammam
There’s something instantly relaxing about the sauna and hammam ritual. The sauna is synonymous with soft light, a slightly woody smell, the subtle hissing of water evaporating on contact with the hot stones, a dry and enveloping heat…and of course, the shock of a bucket of cold water between each sitting (it’s invigorating). The hammam is a bath of wet steam that welcomes you like a soft cocoon, with the only requirement being to let yourself be swept away to a distant land. Both are the perfect bookend to a long day spent at the beach or on the slopes. Please note that this activity is offered either with or without an additional charge, depending on the Village.
