Club Med is implementing exceptional commercial measures to assist you in managing your trip. These conditions are valid only for departures including a flight with a stopover in Dubai and Doha.

If your departure is scheduled between 6 March and 31 March and your trip was operated by Emirates or Qatar Airways, Club Med will assist you in managing your booking.

YOUR FLIGHT IS CANCELLED

Upon presentation of proof of flight cancellation (email, SMS, airline confirmation).

You can:

Postpone your stay free of charge

• If you benefited from a promotional offer, it will be postponed.

• If the new stay is more expensive, you will be responsible for the difference.

Cancel free of charge

The amounts paid will be converted into a credit valid until 31 December, 2026 (booking deadline), usable for a future Club Med stay.

YOUR FLIGHT IS STILL AS SCHEDULED

We recommend waiting for updates from the airlines to avoid any potential charges. If you wish to change or cancel your trip, your request will be processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

If you have a departure scheduled from the 5th of April, please contact us only if you wish to modify your trip. Otherwise, no action is required on your part. Our teams will get back to you as soon as any action is required and we have confirmed information. Files are processed according to the priority order of departure dates to ensure optimal handling. Any request for adjustments will be handled in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.

For the time being, apart from flights with a layover in Dubai or Doha, all other flights are maintained. It is therefore possible to travel as planned to all our Resorts at this time.
