What if I don't have an account?
No need to worry! Just enter your details as instructed. After you have successfully submitted your quote request and see the success page, an account will be created for you with the information you've entered. To initiate your login setup, select "Forgot my password," and an email will be sent to you for password creation. Should you suspect an existing account under your email, please use the "Forgot my password" option before filling out the form to prevent the creation of a duplicate account.
Where do I find my quote to confirm my booking on the 25th of March?
Your quote and request details will be available in your customer account. You can complete your booking when sales open between 25-28 March 2025.
What if I want to get multiple quotes?
Yes, you can request more than one quote, and all your requests will be saved in your customer account. On the sales opening date, you'll receive one email with the best option based on your requests, but you’ll still be able to book any of your saved quotes by accessing them via your Club Med account.
What if I don't get a price estimate?
If you receive an error message after entering your details, double-check that all the information is correct and see where the error was on your criteria indicated by the exclamation mark. If the issue persists, you can still go ahead and submit your request with your details, and one of our travel advisors will get in touch to assist you with fixing your travel request. Alternatively, please contact us via WhatsApp or give our agency a call on 011 020 0921.
Does submitting my request guarantee the availability, price and hold the room?
Submitting your request does NOT guarantee availability, pricing, or hold the room, but it allows you to work with a dedicated travel advisor to fine-tune your quote. You can customise your room type, flight preferences, and add Baby or Petit Club spots, so you’ll be ready to book when sales go live on the 25th of March 2025.
How does the R3000*pps deposit work?
A low deposit of R3000*pps (excluding membership fees) secures the land portion of your booking and is exclusive to our Season Opening Sale bookings. A second payment will be due 180 days before your departure date. This payment is the remaining portion of the deposit which is 20% of your booking amount.
