How do I get a price estimate for the new local resort and how can I make a reservation?

1. Prepare your travel plan and get a quote

  • Compare the dates, with or without transport, and the room amenities available on the simulator. (A minimum of 3 nights is required)

2. What if I want a Resort + Safari experience?

A Club Med travel advisor will help you create this itinerary

The safari lodge is optional and can be scheduled for the beginning or the end of your stay at the Beach Resort for an extra price.

  • A minimum stay of 3 nights at the Beach Resort is required.
  • Option to spend 2 to 3 nights at Mpilo Safari Lodge (accessible from 4 years old)
  • Mpilo Safari Lodge is located 4.5 hours away with our transport option (rest stops included). Alternatively you can self-drive to the lodge in your own vehicle.
  • Sunrise and sunset excursions for wildlife viewing
  • Access to the Lodge's facilities and activities during the day (pools, entertainment, bar, and restaurant)

3. Refine my itinerary

You have until the 9th of October

  • A travel advisor may contact you within 48 hours to adjust the details of your planned stay.
  • You will receive a 100% personalized rate estimate (price, dates, rooms, kids' clubs, etc.)
  • You can save this estimate and be ready to book your preferred estimate choice from the 14th of October 2025.

4. Finalise your booking from 14 October*

Sale from 14-17 October

  • On the big day (14 Oct), don't waste a minute and be among the first to book at our local resort.
  • To book, find your saved preferences in your customer account or contact a travel advisor.
  • Combined itineraries (Beach Resort + Safari) can only be booked with a Club Med travel advisor or once checked in at the beach resort (limited availability)
  • The early bird offer is only valid for the Beach Resort section.
