Overall, a very pleasant and happy experience (again). A big thanks to the team - Lucas (Bar Manager), Alan (Events Manager), Vanessa and Echo (Kids Club) and Harrison for the wonderful memories!

Perhaps one small area of improvement is around the availability of English speakers to cater for foreign G.M. that are not Chinese speakers. Or at least, provide some translator app for all G.O.s. In addition, perhaps make aware that the Club Med app does not work in China and to download WeChat to have access to the programs pre-arrival.

We had a truly wonderful stay (5D4N) and we can't thank the team enough for making it so memorable! Special shoutout to Allen and Candy for arranging our transport and patiently answering all our questions, ensuring every detail of our stay was comfortable. Big thank you to our incredible ski instructors—Dragon, 福教练, and Jason—for their expert, patient, and clear teaching. Their dedication and encouragement which made our time on the slopes fun, enjoyable and unforgettable. Last but not least, a heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their attentive and welcoming service throughout. It was a great mix of delicious food, relaxing rest and adrenaline pumping fun all at once - can't wait to be back!

Beidahu is one of the best ski resort in China and ClubMed is the best option if you want to have a high quality and hassle free holiday! Friendly staff and good ski classes for all level, and great chinese food (and western food) every day!

Absolutely awesome and fulfilling family trip, the people were amazing, service on site was great, felt the great hospitality and clubmed culture. Ski coach - Coach Zhang Shou Peng gave very sound coaching lessons for beginner. Made great friends with other guests and the GOs. Will definitely recommend this place.
