Our amazing complimentary Covid-19 medical cover has been extended to December 2022, which means that your next holiday will be covered. Those costs that are covered include any costs associated with hospitalization, GP appointments and Covid-19 testing, as well as the cost of stay for a companion if you are hospitalized.

We have introduced a health protocol so that we can welcome you safely this summer. We will ask you to provide the result of a negative RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal or saliva) or antigen Covid-19 test, done within 72 hours before your arrival, unless vaccinated. In this case, a record of a complete vaccination (In English or French) against Covid-19* will be also accepted. *one or two shots depending on the number of doses required for the vaccine in question. In the absence of these documents, access to the Resort will be denied to said person as well as the accompanying guardian if the person is a minor - Any accompanying minors if the person is an adult. To help keep our guests safe while they are on holiday with us, we’ve made hundreds of changes to our resorts. Some important changes are that our resorts will now have reduced capacity and increased use of outdoor spaces to allow for safe distancing. There will also be more thorough and frequent cleaning of all areas, as well as hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the resort for both guests and staff. This should ensure that you can enjoy the full Club Med experience without the need to worry about Covid-19, so that you can make the most of the glorious weather and relaxing surroundings.
