Booking and payment

  • How does the internet payment work?

    - You will receive an e mail confirmation from the webmaster.
    - The next working day a web consultant will send you the invoice with a booking form.
    - Please complete the booking form within 5 working days and fax back to us with a copy of your ID and a clear copy of the front and the back of the card and we will debit your card upon receipt.
    - Once full payment has been received your travel documents will be issued.
    - If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Club Med on 0860 CLUBMED or 011 840 2600 or contact.SA@clubmed.com. Please ensure you contact us BEFORE you fax us the completed booking form.
